If you have the corporate clothing in stock yourself then you can add this stock in the system. You can add max and min. Add stock and you will be notified when the minimum stock is reached. Optionally, it can even go directly into the purchase proposal. There are also stock positions and multiple warehouses.

In the unlikely event that something does go wrong, you can handle this through the return process. You can specify the reason in the WMS with the associated actions such as automatically correcting credits to an employee of your customer. This is also useful when returning pass samples.

Once you have delivered the corporate apparel order, you can run an invoice in our WMS that is automatically sent to the customer. Optionally, we can also link this process to your accounting software for even more convenience and time savings.

Your supplier decides that a product is out of stock. With the product changer, you can easily change products. You select the current product and look for a good replacement. The system checks if the colors and sizes match. For all workers to which the product is linked, the correct product is added with the correct size. Simple and time-saving!

Your customer has its own dashboard where everything can be viewed. Also the order status and backorders even the invoices can be viewed here again or downloaded. Your customer can run exports in excel and see what the internal ratios are among the employees.

When you have made a purchase from your supplier, our system creates a purchase number. As soon as the products arrive, you can book them in using hand scanners. Because the purchase number is linked to the customer’s order number, everything is booked off on the correct order. This saves time and prevents a lot of searching.

You can define price agreements with each customer individually in our WMS. This can be based on purchase prices, gross sales prices or fixed price agreements that you can enter yourself. Price changes based on purchase and sales prices are automatically updated. You can increase your own fixed price with a calculator.
